Marchand: Injuring opponents 'part of playoffs'

Bruins captain Brad Marchand said Panthers center Sam Bennett "got away with one" when he struck Marchand's head in Game 3, but that opponents seeking to injure each other is just a part of playoff hockey.

WR Tyquan Thornton, the 2022 second-round pick, says he has added more muscle this offseason and hopes to play at 190 pounds throughout the season. "Just so I could take more impact. I feel like all my injuries came from me hitting the ground. So I can be able to be able to bounce back up when I do hit the ground." Thornton has opened his first two NFL seasons on injured reserve, having played 22 games and totaling 35 receptions for 338 yards and 2 touchdowns.
